Welcome to the Archdiocese of San Antonio Catholic Schools

Ensuring academic excellence, accessibility and affordability to those seeking a Catholic education

FIND A SCHOOL

The Archdiocese of San Antonio Catholic Schools understands the importance of finding a Catholic school that students and families can call home. United in our effort to live the Gospel through education, the 38 schools within our archdiocese provide students with the academic and spiritual benefits of a faith-based education.

While our Catholic schools are committed to academic excellence, moral development, and spiritual fulfillment, each school has its own personality and gives families across south central Texas choice in their education. We encourage families in our community to explore our Catholic schools and choose the one that fits them best.

Rediscover Catholic Schools

The Archdiocese of San Antonio Catholic Schools recognizes the numerous changes required in how we do things necessitated by COVID-19 and want to give thanks to the parent and school community for their continual commitment and support. We invite all families to participate in strengthening the Catholic schools throughout the archdiocese. We also extend this invitation to others outside the current parent and donor community to support Catholic schools through their testimony, tuition assistance, spreading the word, and supporting new development efforts.

The Catholic School Advantage

Catholic schools foster a culture of faith, unity, and spiritual growth

Studies have found that Catholic school students are more likely to pray daily, attend church more often, and retain a Catholic identity as an adult. In turn, Catholic school graduates are more civically engaged, more likely to vote, more tolerant of diverse views, more committed to service as adults.

“Catholic schools have served the communities of the Archdiocese of San Antonio faithfully and steadfastly for more than a century-and-a-half. They have introduced children to a world of learning that is both academic and very spiritual. Our Catholic schools must continue to educate children so they can shape and change our culture.”

– Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller
